The Beautiful You!

As a society we live in, people try to portray us according to their expectations and societal norms that tell us how to be and how not to be. This makes us think that we are not enough, holding ourselves back and not being our true selves.

As a child, I always grew up thinking yellow color didn't suit me. (Well, that was just a notion!). Until I sometime later when I realized that I absolutely rocked the color!

For some people, you will never be enough. But that does not make you any less than others. You are enough for yourself.

It took me sometime to realize my own potential, identify my unique qualities, and be myself fearlessly.

Being comfortable in your skin can help you express yourself freely. Being yourself can help you identify your passion, your morals, and values that are important to you. This will eventually help you to be the best version of yourself.

Remember, each person is different and unique. The quality that you have may not be in the other person and vice-versa. We all come in different packages and bring something different to the table.

Embracing our qualities, be it physical or personality traits helps us to grow, be more confident and be content.

And it's not just about accepting our positive qualities but also embracing our negative attributes that may limit our growth. Once we identify them, we can work on them to improvise ourselves and our life.

Remember always,

As the famous quote said,

"When you're 20 you care what everyone thinks,

When you're 40, you stop caring about what everyone thinks,

When you're 60, you realize no one was ever thinking about you in the first place."

It doesn't matter what others think, just be your authentic self. Do things that bring out the best in you., things that bring you joy, make you look good, and confident.

Embrace yourself and be your own kind of beautiful.

Lots of Love,

Swati
